As a United States Marine Crops Combat Veteran, Jose brings a distinct mindset to homebuilding. Discipline, accountability, organization, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail are not just values listed on a page. They are part of how he approaches each decision, each conversation, and each stage of a build.
His leadership is hands-on, direct, and personal. Clients work with a builder and designers who understand the responsibility of creating a home that may serve a family for generations.
Joshua Alexander brings a unique combination of business leadership, sales expertise, design experience, and attention to detail to the custom homebuilding industry.
He is currently the owner of one of the largest personal injury law firms in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where he has built and led a successful organization centered on client service, execution, and results. Prior to his career in law, Joshua spent years working in sales and design with major homebuilders during one of the most significant periods of residential growth in Texas, giving him firsthand experience in the homebuilding process and a lasting passion for residential design and construction.
Today, he brings that experience together with an owner’s perspective, focusing on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and homes built to a standard he would expect for his own family. Joshua is also a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, an experience that helped shape his commitment to discipline, accountability, and doing things the right way.
He is married and enjoys life with his wife, their child, and their dog. Currently building his own custom home in Southlake, Texas, Joshua understands the homebuilding experience not only as a builder and businessman, but also as a homeowner who expects exceptional quality at every stage.
